Built on Local Care

Built on Local Care

Locally owned and safety focused. Purposefully built for the Inland Northwest by pilots who call it home.

Our Roots

Coeur d’Alene Aviation Charter was founded on a simple mission: to provide our community with a local, private flight service that makes the luxury of private travel more attainable and personalized. We didn't set out to be a faceless corporation; we set out to be a resource for our neighbors. By flying the same skies and landing at the same local hangars every day, we’ve built a service rooted in the unique needs of North Idaho - driven by the trust we earn with every takeoff.

A Higher Standard

Our size lets us focus on the details. We’ve combined the agility of a local business with the rigorous safety protocols of an international carrier. By operating a versatile fleet, we provide a level of regional access and operational excellence that is specifically tailored to the rugged beauty and unique demands of the Inland Northwest.

Our Safety-First Mentality

Safety isn't a department here; it’s our culture. Every member of our team - from our Chief Pilot to our Administrative staff - is empowered to prioritize the integrity of the flight above all else. We invest heavily in advanced training and meticulous maintenance because we know that the most important thing we carry isn't just luggage, it’s the people of our community.
