How many passengers can you carry?
Capacity varies by aircraft, total weight, and trip distance. Our Pilatus PC-12 accommodates up to 8 passengers, while the Piper M350 and Cherokee 6 seat up to 5. Pricing is per-flight, regardless of passenger count.

How much luggage can I bring?
This depends on the aircraft and the number of passengers. The PC-12 is excellent for heavy luggage (large suitcases, skis, golf clubs, etc), while the M350 and Cherokee 6 are better suited for light travel. We will calculate the weight limits for you during your personalized quote.

Can you stay overnight?
Yes, we can stay overnight at your destination to fly you out in the morning or fly to you, stay overnight, and fly you out from there. Overnight fees apply. Varies based on destination.

Can you fly internationally?
Currently, we are certified for domestic flights only within the U.S.

Does the aircraft have a lavatory?
The Pilatus PC-12 features a private, fully enclosed lavatory. While the Piper M350 and Cherokee 6 do not have onboard facilities, we curate our routes with comfort in mind, including stops at premium FBOs for restroom breaks on longer journeys.

Can you do a same day round trip?
Yes, however; wait times greater than 2 hours will have a fee. Wait fee varies.

Is food and beverage provided?
Yes, a complimentary assortment of snacks and beverages are provided on each flight. You may also bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are available upon request.

Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely. We are a pet-friendly charter. Please notify us during your consultation so we can arrange the safest seating or crating options for your companions.

Do you fly with one pilot or two?
Our fleet is certified for single-pilot operations. While we typically fly with one captain, a second pilot can be added to your flight upon request for an additional fee.

Can I fly with a firearm?
Yes. For safety, firearms must be unloaded and stored in a locked, hard-sided case. They remain inaccessible in the cargo compartment during flight.

Can you arrange ground transportation?
The FBO’s (Fixed Based Operators) at your destination are our best recommendation for ground transportation. Some commonly preferred rental car provider’s found at FBO’s include Go Rentals, Enterprise, or Hertz. We recommend you check in with your destination airport’s FBO prior to departure.

Can I make last minute changes?
Your trip’s itinerary and manifest must be finalized 24 hours prior to departure. No other changes may be made after this.

Do you have WiFi on board?
No, we do not currently have WiFi on board. We are evaluating high-speed connectivity options to integrate into our fleet in the near future.

Do you have any jets?
While we exclusively operate high-performance turboprops and piston aircraft, our fleet offers comfort and safety comparable to light jets, with the added advantage of accessing smaller airports that jets cannot reach.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations can remain on the customer’s account as a credit to be used for future trips or cancellation fees may apply.
